For several days, we have been trying to play the prognosticator to know who will be part of the France team of padel for the European Championships Padel. We have received a few messages regarding the latest men's pair following our last post on the selection. We will assume that Thomas Leygue is selected.

Public chat Padel Magazine, we have already said several times that the young French hope was in the papers of the coach, Alexis Salles. If he was caught, who to play with him?

We remember that Alexis Salles, the captain of the France team of padel gentlemen, said he certainly wanted to take Thomas Leygue in the France team a few weeks / months ago.

If Thomas Leygue stays on the left, then there, Alexis Salles would be faced with another dilemma: Who to play on the right? Again, the list is long. We obviously think of Jérémy Ritz who was selected last year for the World padel in Paraguay, but who had to give up for professional reasons. He came 3rd in the French championship of padel 2019, he knows the group very well and is one of the top French players on the right.

We also think of Justin Lopes, Simon Boissé, Jérôme Inzerillo, Jérôme Ferrandez and François Authier who currently play on the left but who are also very talented on the right or even one of the specialists in the discipline Nicolas Trancart. The latter is Thomas Leygue's partner on the French circuit. Perhaps, the coach will play the card of continuity ... Let us recall in passing that Simon Boissé and Jérôme Ferrandez also have a great experience in the France team.

There could therefore be a great hesitation on the part of the captain between Nicolas Trancart and Jérémy Ritz. Once again, we are starting from the starting postulate that there is already Blanqué / Bergeron, Tison / Maigret, Scatena / Haziza and that Alexis Salles has chosen to bet on Thomas Leygue. That's a lot of ifs… But let's admit that we follow this reasoning, Thomas Leygue would stay on the left to play either with his current partner, Toulouse, Nicolas Trancart or Jérémy Rtiz.

To have certain answers, it will be necessary to wait this weekend or next week.
