Present at Paris Major 2025 during the day organized by theSpanish Tourist Office, Timothy FernandezFounder Stage Padel Madrid, came to present its concept of intensive courses in the Spanish capital.

From Madrid to entrepreneurship

After living in Madrid and discovering padel in the heart of high-level infrastructures, Timothée Fernandez decided to transpose this experience for French players:
“The idea came about naturally. I had the chance to discover padel with incredible coaches in Madrid. I wanted to bring this experience to the French. That’s how Stage was born.” Padel Madrid two years ago.

With a foot in entrepreneurship since his studies, Timothée didn't hesitate to embark on this adventure. He is also at the origin of the brand DEM Padel, specializing in high-end snowshoes.

Madrid, a flagship destination

For the founder, Madrid remains the essential destination for progress:
“We have two main profiles: beginners who want to improve quickly and competitive players who come looking for an intensive course to progress and shine in tournaments.”

The flagship formula? Four days with three hours of daily training, divided between morning and afternoon, supervised by experienced local coaches.

A complete package

The typical program:

  • 1.5 hours of intensive training in the morning
  • Lunch break
  • Tournament Americano with local players (promotion/remotion, different partners for each match)
  • 1.5 hours of intensive training in the afternoon

“The goal is for each trainee to leave with real progress, while discovering the padel atmosphere of Madrid.”, says Timothée Fernandez.

The importance of events like the one in Paris

Participating in the Paris Major alongside the Spanish Tourist Office is strategic:
"These events allow us to create relationships with hotels and partners to offer even more comprehensive and interesting packages to trainees. The idea is that they only have to focus on padel."

Stage Padel Madrid is thus establishing itself as a key player in padel training courses in Spain, combining sporting quality, local immersion and simplified logistics.
