Benjamin Tison and Maxime Forcin have launched their qualifying campaign perfectly at Bordeaux P2, with a solid victory in two sets (6/2 7/5) against the Spanish pair Adrian Ronco Lopez / Jose Roman Martinez SanchisA great performance, which especially marks the Tison's successful return to the circuit Premier Padel, in a necessarily particular setting at home.
A controlled first round
From the very start, the French showed they were ready. Solid in the restart, inspired in the important moments, Tison and Forcin impose their rhythmBenjamin, as boss, directs the game with great precision, and Maxime brings his usual consistency. Result: a first set well led, 6/2, without any real opportunity left to their opponents.

A breath of fresh air, then a quick comeback
The start of the second half was more complicated. Ronco Lopez and Martinez Sanchis, more aggressive, took advantage of a slight French slackening to make a break... then a second. In a few minutes, the Spanish lead 4/0 and seem to be heading towards a third set. But Tison and Forcin, far from panicking, immediately raise their level, while Adrian Ronco begins to lose his lucidity. The French take advantage of this to chain 4 consecutive games and glue back to 4/4.
The momentum is now in their favor. They are diligent and fairer in decisive exchanges, They manage to break one last time to conclude the set 7/5, to the applause of the Bordeaux public.

Invincible together… for now
Tison and Forcin, who are evolving together on the French circuit since January, remain undefeated in competitionA dynamic that is a pleasure to see, and which could well take them even further in these qualifications.
They thus become the first French people to win a match in Bordeaux against foreigners., since last year, Maxime Joris and Thomas Vanbauce were the only ones to get through a round in qualifying… but it was against another Frenchman, Dorian deMeyer.
Next challenge: Ayats / Rico or Seux / Courrin
The French now know their next opponent: they will face tomorrow the winning pair of the duel between Seux / Courrin and Ayats / Rico, a poster that promises to be tough, whatever the outcome.

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
