Benjamin Tison and Jérémy Scatena will play together in 2020 on the French circuit but also and especially on the circuit of World Padel Tour.

Celia henry took the opportunity to interview them and take the pulse of a pair who could well make a splash in 2020 !

Our first French pair on the professional circuit of padel is looking for a certain stability to perform in competition. For both players, we approach the season in a different way compared to previous years.

On the WPT circuit, on the FIP tournaments and on the French circuit, Benjamin and Jérémy will play together. Already getting along very well off the track, this union is likely to grab places in the world ranking.

The objectives are high: Champions of France, French numbers 1 if the calendar FFT Padel Tour doesn't mix with WPT tournaments, winning FIP tournaments and regularly entering WPT tournament qualifiers to end the season in the top 90 in the world. Just that.

On the short side, the goal would be to drop pairs of a really higher level, several times a year. Pairs usually found in the qualification table, pointing around the 50th place.

At the Castillet de Perpignan will take place the French Open where Jérémy and Benjamin will be present if the calendar allows.

Big season in perspective for the French players that we will not fail to follow “very” closely.
