Tito Allemandi  is back. To  44 years , the former member of the  Top 10 worldwide  played this week the  Málaga P1 , thus achieving its  debut on the circuit Premier Padel  alongside the Spaniard  Victor Mena A beautiful story that did not have a happy sporting outcome, since the duo  bowed out in the last round of qualifying  face  Iván Ramírez  et  Alberto Garcia Trabanco , on the score of  6 / 4 6 / 3 .

 A return after more than three years of absence from the main circuit 

Allemandi, a well-known figure in international padel, had left the  World Padel Tour  in 2022 to join the circuit  A1 Padel  (called  APT  at the time). A pillar of this structure, he had occupied a central place there before  the circuit announces the suspension of its 2025 calendar , in preparation for an ambitious new project for 2026.

This  abrupt pause  has plunged many players into uncertainty. No more tournaments scheduled,  no income guarantee , and reduced visibility on their professional future. In this context,  several ex-A1s have decided to try their luck on Premier Padel .

Despite the defeat, it was a real pleasure to  see Tito Allemandi again on the tracks of the main circuit . Still as involved, he proved that he still had the level to play at this demanding level.  44 years , he is one of the oldest players to play professionally. A name to watch that we should see again at other stages of the season!
