Agustin Torre and Alvaro Cepero join forces for the 2025 season. The former player of theAPT Padel Tour (from now on A1 Padel) and Alvaro Cepero, currently ranked 45th in the world, will try to make a place for themselves among the second knives of the main draw of the major tournaments of Premier Padel. However, with Torre's world ranking still limited to 100th, they will not always be seeded in qualifying.
For Cepero, this partnership represents a risk. The Argentine, although talented, suffers from a delay in his ranking, a direct consequence of his prolonged absence on the FIP Tour due to his past commitment to the circuit Fabrice Pastor.
On paper, this pairing looks promising and is generating a lot of interest. There is no doubt that Torre will continue to climb the rankings. However, to hope to play a major role in the early rounds of the main draws, both players will need to quickly develop a real synergy in the field.
