Carla Toully  et  Camila Fassio  confirm their status as  seeded 3  au  FIP Silver Côte du Midi The Franco-Spanish pair won in  quarterfinal  face  Eugenia Guimet Bigas / Ainara Pozuelo Dominguez , on the score of  7 / 6 6 / 3 , after a close match but well managed over time.

 A tense first set 

The match started badly for the Touly / Fassio duo,  entry breaks , largely due to repeated unforced errors from  Camila Fassio . Despite a  quick break , they are taken back into service in the process, leaving  Guimet and Pozuelo  spin up to  5/3 .

At that moment, the Spanish-French pair seemed close to losing the first set: their opponents obtained  three set points , without real opposition. But they crack,  cannot conclude , Touly and Fassio take advantage of this to  stick back to 5/5 , then push until  tie-breaker .

In this decisive game, the dynamics change completely.  Fassio clearly raises the bar , takes the controls, and the duo takes off:  7-1 in the tie-break , in just a few minutes.

 More regular, more solid in the second 

In the second round,  trust changes sides . Touly and Fassio are becoming cleaner, reducing the number of fouls (20 in total compared to 26 on the Guimet/Pozuelo side), and are dominating the exchanges.

À  3/2 , they make the decisive break, while the Spanish pair begins to let go physically and mentally. Less precise, less consistent, Guimet and Pozuelo let the set slip away  6/3 .

Thanks to this victory, Carla Touly and Camila Fassio qualify for the  semi-finals , where they will face the  seeded 5 Nuria Vivancos / Xenia Clasca Vidiella . A  great opportunity to seize , especially since the  seeded 2 ,  Rodriguez Abajo / Sharifova , was taken out in the quarter by this same pair.
