Today's stage of our Tour de France of clubs takes place in the mountains, in the Massif Central. A magnificent volcanic landscape to discover between 2 games of padel.
Our route will start in Clermont-Ferrand to go north through Gannat, and finally finish our stage in the city of Vichy.
Clermont-Ferrand, a city in central France, is the crossing point for the North-South axis. Historical capital of Auvergne, it is the union of 2 cities, Clermont and Montferrand. Industrial pharmaceutical, agrifood and aeronautical center, it is the headquarters of Michelin and the starting point towards the chain of Puys. Listed as a “high tectonic place” by UNESCO, the visit to Vulcania allows you to get to know the natural riches of the region.
gannat is a small town in the Allier. A medieval village which contains some beautiful buildings such as its castle and its 2 churches. Gannat offers a festival of world cultures every summer.
Our road ends at Gingham, capital of France during the second world war. This city with multiple parks along the Allier, with luxury villas from the beginning of the XNUMXth century and thermal centers, bases most of its activity on the exploitation of its numerous springs.
And what about sport? This region in central France obviously offers padel. 3 clubs and 5 courts. If there are any clubs or tracks missing from our list, please let us know at contact@padelmagazine.fr.
