La 3rd edition of the international wheelchair padel tournament ended this Saturday, December 7 at 4PADEL Montreuil, after three intense days of competition where padel shone at its highest level.

La little final opposed the French pair Nicolas Vanlerberghe / Laurent Giammartini to the Moroccan Mimoun Laslaa and Spanish Miguel BetoretAfter more than three hours of fierce fighting, the French won. 6/3 6/7 6/3, at the end of a meeting of rare intensity.

En final, the Spanish world champions, Edorta De Anta / Topher Trivino, faced the 2024 French champion, Dorian Navarro, associated with the talented young 22-year-old Spanish player, Mark GarciaDespite spectacular exchanges, the Spanish pair confirmed their supremacy by winning 6 / 3 6 / 3 in one hour of play.

The first two days were marked by particularly hard-fought matches. The level of the nations like the France, Netherlands and Belgium progresses every year, competing more and more with the Spanish, always game masters.

The big revelation of this tournament was the young player from Northern Ireland, Brady Chambers, whose impressive progress has left its mark. Throughout these three days, he benefited from the valuable advice of the world champions, Edorta et Topher, as well as the Dutch Olympic medalist, Robin Ammerlaan. His partner, Jerome de Meyere, also accompanied him with great kindness. Brady's performance could inspire young wheelchair padel players to participate in the 4th edition scheduled for 2025.

A big thank you to all the players who helped make this event grow.
