The last two teams therefore go down to national 2, these are: Padel Shot Saint Etienne and Tennis Club of Loges Saint Germain en Laye in men and Central Sports Club and All In Padel 69 among the ladies.

Note the poor performance among the men of TC Douai, who leaves seed n ° 7 and ends 13th overall, as well as that of All In Padel Association, who leaves seed n ° 4 and finish 8e.
