The update of the  Ranking Race 2025  has fallen, and it confirms the current dynamics of the professional circuit:  Federico Chingotto  et  Alejandro Galán  take power among men, while  Gemma Triay  et  Delfina Brea  widen the gap among women.

Chingotto and Galán pass in front of Tapia / Coello

Thanks to their superb victory at the Italy Major,  Chingotto  et  Gallant  take back the lead of the Race with  6700 points i.e  360 more  that the duo  Tapia / Coello , stuck at 6340 points. The world number 1s therefore fall back to 3rd place and see their domination threatened. Behind,  Lebron (3480 pts)  et  Stupaczuk (3390 pts)  follow, quite far behind, but firmly established in the Top 6.

The race to the  Premier Padel Finals  (reserved for the 16 best players) remains very open:  Cardona/Augsburger (1635 pts)  keep their place, just like  Gonzalo   Alfonso (1561)  et  Tolito Aguirre (1552)  who bring up the rear, but watch out for  Di Nenno (1530)  et  Tello (1440)  who could quickly take their place.

Behind, we find  Marina Guinart  et  Victoria Iglesias  en  15th position , latest  qualified virtual  for  Finals . In fact, they joined these last two places following a  beautiful semi-final  au  Italy Major .

 The challenges ahead

Halfway through the season, this 2025 Race confirms two things:  Triay / Brea  are the new bosses of the women's circuit, and  Chingotto / Galan  are perhaps finally ready to shake up the established order among men.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
