Enter a field of padel, it is to learn the game but also to protect oneself or to maintain its equipment. Today, let's discover the benefits of placing an overgrip on the handle of your racquet and the various ways to apply it. Julien Bondia offers you this video in order to find a better grip.

The overgrip is an integral part of the equipment of the padel. Always present in a bag of padel, with some players it changes several times per game.

The brands offer various types of overgrips, colored or white, smooth or perforated, at very different prices. The question today is not what overgrip is the most powerful but what are the ways to ask it.

1 Pose: Tight Grip

Tight grip increases the size of your pala handle to fit your hand. Poor size can cause tennis elbow tendonitis or lack of traction.

2 installation: End of extended handle

The sleeves are created with a final part slightly wider than the handle itself. This is to prevent it from escaping you. In some players who sweat much of the hand it is better to increase this final part of the handle by performing several turns of overgrip.

3 Pose: The most common pose

This is the most frequent pose encountered on the circuit. A overgrip laid spaced but not too much to let the handle breathe, and especially tense enough not to find folds that cause blisters during the game.
