Enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view during your padel session? This will be possible for visitors to polygon Riviera thanks to the future installation of the first sports multiplex on the roofs of the shopping centre. Indeed, the Nice brand, ULTRA which already has around ten multi-sport complexes in the region, is setting up for the first time in an outdoor space. The opening is scheduled for next summer, and it will allow athletes, beginners or experienced, to enjoy an ideal setting. There are two padel courts and a five-a-side football pitch that will be accessible on the roof of the center.
Unique sports sessions await you!
It is a unique and large-scale place – 1 m2 – which is being developed at Polygone Riviera . A brand new space, positioned near the Théâtre de Verdure. This complex will benefit from a unique location, on the roofs of the brands located on the Promenade des Palmiers, and which will offer members access to 2 tracks of Padel and a football pitch five . Professional teachers will supervise individual and group lessons and internships in order to offer participants total support during the training sessions.
A restaurant area and a lounge terrace complete the system ; Athletes and accompanying persons will benefit from a refreshment, from a grandiose spectacle where sea and mountains mingle.
ULTRA, a complete leisure concept designed for everyone!
Sport for children, teenagers, adults, with family or colleagues with sessions every Wednesday for the youngest, with dedicated and adapted activities. Côte d'Azur companies will also be able to take advantage of this new space, thanks to the opening of reservations for game sessions between employees for team building.
« It is a bold and innovative project that we are developing. Practicing your favorite sports activity, having lunch then going shopping before going to the cinema… A program offered by Polygone Riviera; an essential destination and a place to live on the Riviera. A center which adapts to its environment, in the open air and which will also offer this summer, on the 8e Cagnes-sur-Mer landscape park. When the project germinated, the name of the ULTRA teams quickly came to mind. The founders of ULTRA are from the French Riviera, they made their debut in Cagnes-sur-Mer with their first complex, and animate the center during seasonal events. A combination that could only lead, a year and a half later, to the announcement of the opening of the 11e ULTRA sports complex and the 1er in a shopping and leisure center says Arthur BAILLY – Polygone Riviera Director.

He also states that " the establishment is deployed in 3 stages from mid-February until the arrival of summer. The structural works are launched then, from April, the ULTRA teams will continue with the development and construction of the land and all the installations and this until the opening scheduled for summer 2022 ».
After being rocked by tennis for almost 15 years, I became an absolute fan of its cousin, padel. For almost a year now, it is with another racket that I have been chasing the little yellow ball but with just as much passion! Based in Lyon, I intend to make you more aware of padel in the region and at the national level.
