Dubai-based Amali Properties recently unveiled a project of ultra-luxurious residences where, among other things, ski slopes padel floating.

Du padel islander in the middle of luxury

Amali Island, located six minutes from Dubai by boat, extends over 1,2 million m² between the islands of Uruguay and Sao Paulo, which are also part of the “Islands of the World” project. It will accommodate 24 villas of four different styles which will be equipped with luxury equipment: between five and seven bedrooms, roof terrace, swimming pools, jacuzzis, cinema, sauna, spa.

The island will give residents access to a clubhouse of more than 900 m² including tennis courts padel floats reserved for members. In this central area you can also find a floating helipad, a marina, a cigar lounge, yoga terraces and a restaurant, among others.

12 million euros needed to play at Amali Island

Outside each villa, guests will also have access to a boat garage, water sports facilities and 50 m² of private beach with floating deck chairs.

If you want to hit the ball in the most luxurious conditions in the world, you will have to be patient since Amali Island will be completed in 2027. The price you will have to pay for a villa will range from 50 million Dhs (12.700.000 euro) to 250 million Dhs (63.000.000 euro).
