An ambitious padel club project is being created in  Montpellier , and its carriers are looking for a  trusted partner  to join the adventure. The objective: to strengthen the existing team and ensure the  site management  as soon as it opens.

A project already well advanced

The architect finalized the preliminary study  as well as  cried  of the future complex. The  permission  can be deposited as soon as the bank has validated the financing.

Currently,  four partners  are involved in the project. However, the bank requires that a partner be  present full-time on site , which is not possible for the current team. Hence the desire to integrate a new partner who would also ensure the  operational management  of the club.

A modern and welcoming complex

The opening is scheduled for  mi-2026 Or  September-October 2026 .
The site will include:

  • Un  metal-textile building  de  1 700 m²  sheltering  5 covered ground 
  • Outside :  2 double courts  et  1 single pitch 
  • Un  home , an  club house  and  health  arranged in  shipping containers 
  • A  wooden deck  de  144m²

Positions to be filled

As part of the launch, the club is looking for:

  •  1 manager 
  •  1 assistant manager 

 Required profile : 

  • Motivated person, ideally with experience or a past in padel
  • Business spirit, people skills and dynamism
  • Autonomy and ability to manage a sports site

 Conditions: 

  • CDI, salary of  €2 net per month 
  •  Bonuses on objectives 
  • For the manager position: possibility of invest in the company  against shares, which is a major asset

A dedicated team from the opening

The club also plans to hire  2 work-study students  in communication studies to support commercial and event development.
