While some foreign markets experience rapid cycles – sudden rise and then decline – Spain relies on a solid, consolidated model, which attracts more and more players who come to train.

Today, Iberian expertise extends beyond its borders. Marc Pastor (The Net Padel) Explain :
"Our goal is to connect padel coaches with clubs around the world. We have already sent more than 20 coaches, particularly to France, so that they can share their expertise and support the professionalization of local padel."
A strong sign: France, the second largest growing European market, benefits directly from this transfer of skills.
Reference figures in academies
The presence of professional players is an additional asset to attract trainees. Alejandro Gómez (Sevilla Padel Experience) insists:
"Working with figures like Victoria Iglesias (world number 20) or Laura Luján (world number 50) is a decisive argument for choosing our academy. Seeing these players and enjoying their environment is a unique experience."
For its part, Iñaki Etxegia Centenera (Ferrero Equelite Academy) highlights a global approach:
"We offer complete packages that include accommodation, training, and additional experiences like gastronomy or tourism. Each stay is designed to optimize athletic progress and enrich the time spent there."

In Marbella, Guillermo Del Grosso (NAC) confirms this qualitative logic:
"Spain is the main hub of padel. We welcome nearly 300 groups per year for 3- to 4-day camps. We offer a premium experience: exceptional climate, high-end hotels, quality catering, and the support of 25 M3-certified coaches, all bilingual."
This level of service positions some Spanish academies in the luxury sports tourism market, attracting a demanding international clientele.
Tournaments and immersion in professional padel
Finally, the importance of local competitions is highlighted by Albert Escofet (International Padel Cluster) :
"Smaller tournaments, and more recently the Fit Tour, add to the appeal. Visitors see top-level players – often also coaches – and thus benefit from a unique immersion in professional padel."
