It is one of those points  as rare as they are unforgettable In 2018, during a stage of the  World Padel Tour in Alicante Fernando Belasteguín, then partnered with the Brazilian left-hander  Pablo Lima , makes a completely unexpected move in front of the pair  Chingotto / Tello .

While the four players are  off the field Belasteguín catches a drop shot… and instead of putting it back into play, he chooses to  aim directly at Chingotto's bust  outside the track. An action as surprising as it was spectacular. At the time, the rule allowed it:  The point is validated .

But today, this type of action has become  illegal . According to  new padel rules it is forbidden to  touching an opponent located outside the field even if the ball is still in play. This change in the rules, motivated by questions of  security However, it sparks debate.
