A floating padel court in the heart of the Bahamas, in a natural lagoon with turquoise water: this is what the Exuma archipelago will soon offer. A spectacular installation designed to blend into the landscape, supported by the developer Yntegra Group, as part of the luxury hotel project Rosewood Exuma, expected for 2026.
A first presentation in Miami, during Art Basel
Before dropping anchor in the Bahamas, the land was presented for the first time in Miami last December, as part ofArt Basel, a benchmark event for contemporary art. Located in the open sea, facing Fisher Island, this temporary floating land attracted attention at a private event combining sport, design and art.
A different approach to floating padel
This type of installation is not entirely new: Qatar has already impressed with its floating sites installed at sea, and some Swedish initiatives have also emerged in recent years. But the project developed by Yntegra Group is distinguished by its sustainable and integrated vocation. Built with environmentally friendly materials, the land was designed to integrate into the natural setting of Exuma, with a sober and elegant architectural line.

More than just sports equipment, this is a immersive experience. In the case of “par 3s” — those points where the ball goes over the side window — the player can literally end up in the water, in an improvised bath. An original way to combine physical effort with an immediate return to nature.
A sneak peek at the Rosewood Exuma project
This floating padel court is just one of the first visible elements of the project Rosewood Exuma, an ultra-luxury destination under development in the archipelago. Planned for mi-2026, it should combine high-end accommodation, sporting experiences and a preserved environment.
Halfway between innovation and contemplation, this floating padel offers a new perspective on outdoor sport, and testifies to the evolution of padel towards more spectacular and experiential forms. It remains to be seen whether this model will inspire other similar initiatives around the world.
Who says Bahamas says luxury... but also some personalities, like King Bela of course, or the Argentinian David Nalbandian, former professional tennis player, who obviously could not miss such an experience.
Between sport, design and nature
This initiative aims to create much more than just a playground: it is a immersive experienceWhere design, sport and nature coexist in perfect harmony. This concept is part of the group's desire to reinventing luxury hospitality, with facilities at both sustainable, stand-out materials and thoughts for physical and mental well-being.
Rosewood Exuma: A taste of next-generation luxury
This floating padel court is just the first milestone in a series of exclusive experiences planned as part of the project Rosewood Exuma, a high-end destination in full expansion. Yntegra Group intends to establish itself there new standards of luxury, offering its future visitors unique moments, where one moves seamlessly from an intense match to a swim in a postcard setting.
Belasteguin seduced by the experience
Invited for this very private inauguration, Fernando Belasteguin, a true legend of world padel, shared his enthusiasm:
"XUMA! What a beautiful place! What an event! I hope to come back very soon!"
