The circuit  FIP Promises , dedicated to young talents in world padel, is about to take an important step. From 2026, the International Federation of Padel (FIP) will launch a new organization intended to further structure and professionalize this sector reserved for players  under 12, 14, 16 and 18 years old .

The rapid growth in the number of tournaments alone illustrates the spectacular growth of the discipline among younger people:  3 events in 2021 then  12 in 2022 setups ,  18 in 2023 setups , and already  41 in 2024 setups In 2025, this figure was largely exceeded by July, with  55 tournaments already played , and an  screening of more than 100 events  by the end of the year.

Faced with this dynamic, the FIP has chosen to reorganize its youth circuit around  continental circuits  :

  •  FIP Promises Europe
  •  FIP Promises America
  •  FIP Promises Asia
  •  FIP Promises Africa

This new structure aims to promote the development of padel on a regional scale, while improving accessibility and stimulating the participation of young players around the world.

Another new feature: the creation of a  U18 World Tour composed of  10 international tournaments  and  Final Master Access to this elite circuit will be reserved for  best young people ranked  in each continental area.

Finally, at the end of each season, the FIP will set up a  FIP Promises Award , which will distinguish the  10 best players  of the U18 World Tour. These winners will have the chance to participate in selected stages of the  Premier Padel  or  CUPRA FIP Tour  from the following season.
