With the spectacular rise of the  padel in France , the need for supervision and management continues to grow. To respond to this dynamic,  Urban Padel , a subsidiary of UrbanSoccer, is launching a national recruitment campaign to strengthen its teams from the start of the 2025/26 school year.

Urban Padel, a rapidly expanding player

Already well established in the territory with  21 padel centers  and strong from the UrbanSoccer network – French leader in 5-a-side football with  36 complexes  –, Urban Padel continues its development. New opening projects are announced, confirming the group's desire to accelerate its establishment in France.

Padel manager positions to be filled

To support this growth, Urban Padel searches for its future  padel managers  en  long-term contract, , with several positions open to  Rennes, Paris, Lille, Dijon and Avignon A unique opportunity for enthusiasts wishing to make padel their profession and join a growing network.

The missions are varied and strategic:

  • supervision of group and individual lessons for adults and children,
  • organization of tournaments, leagues, training courses and events,
  • pro shop management (orders, stocks, sales),
  • business development and social media management,
  • partnerships with local communities and clubs,
  • monitoring of the maintenance and development of infrastructure,
  • customer reception and daily management in conjunction with the UrbanSoccer teams.

A sporty and dynamic profile sought

Urban Padel favors candidates from sports backgrounds ( STAPS, TFP, DFMP ) and having a  valid professional card  allowing them to supervise padel and/or tennis. Mastery of the Office package, organizational skills, a  excellent relationship , a taste for challenge and a real passion for padel or tennis are essential assets.

Dynamism, rigor and a good level of practice will also be valued.

Franck Binisti discovered padel at the Club des Pyramides in 2009 in the Paris region. Since then, padel has been part of his life. You often see him touring France to cover major French padel events.
