After a tremendous battle, Galán and Chingotto emerged victorious. 4/6 6/3 6/4 and secure their place in the final of the Valencia Premier Padel P1 A victory achieved through mental strength and experience against a pair who had long caused them significant problems.
Lebrón and Augsburger make a strong start
In fast-paced conditions perfectly suited to their attacking style of play, Juan Lebrón et Leo Augsburg achieve an almost perfect start.
The Andalusian is displaying an impressive level of play. Highly focused, he's causing Chingotto a lot of problems on the diagonal. Alongside him, Augsburger is capitalizing on every slightly short lob to unleash his power.
On the other side, Chingotto doesn't seem to be having a great day. Less precise than usual, sometimes late in his decisions and committing several uncharacteristic unforced errors, he is struggling to impose his rhythm.
Logically, Lebrón and Augsburger take the lead and win the first set 6/4 .

The turning point of the match came in the second set
In the second set, a game incident completely revived Galán and Chingotto.
À 3/1 A volley from Ale Galán is called a foul by Lebrón and Augsburger. The Madrid player immediately requests a video review.
The verdict is in: the ball is good.
This decision provoked annoyance from Juan Lebrón, who was convinced that the ball had gone out of bounds and saw it as an important opportunity to get back into the game.
Little by little, the former world number 1 loses focus during the match. His body language changes and frustration sets in.
On the other side of the net, Galán and Chingotto sense that something is about to change.
Galán in charge, Chingotto regains his form
Tactically guided by Jorge Martínez The world's number 2 teams are gradually finding solutions.
Chingotto is regaining quality in his lobs and in his management of exchanges, while Galán is clearly gaining momentum.
The Madrid player makes a huge difference, takes the majority of the initiatives and allows his team to regain control of the match.
Against them, Augsburger becomes less impactful and Lebrón struggles to regain the composure shown in the first set.
Galán and Chingotto logically win the second round 6/3 .

An electrifying end to the match in Valencia
The third set starts with the same momentum.
Galán and Chingotto quickly gained the upper hand and seemed to be cruising towards a controlled victory when they took the lead. 5/2 .
But the match is far from over.
In exceptional atmosphere at La Fonteta The four players feed off the energy of the crowd. Every point is celebrated with intensity and the tension rises with each exchange.
Lebrón and Augsburger then saved a match point at 5-2 and completely revived the game.
Supported by the public, they return to 5/4 , reviving the suspense in a packed and excited room.
The tension between Galan and Lebron whose separation continues to leave its mark. Glances harden, exchanges become more tense, and the atmosphere becomes charged with electricity.
But when it came time to close out the match, Galán and Chingotto's experience shone through. Solid in the final moments, they executed a perfectly controlled final game to secure the victory. 6/4 in this decisive round.

A handshake that will not take place
Even at the final blow, emotions are still very present.
And as the players find themselves at the net, Alejandro Galán refuses to shake Juan Lebrón's hand , a symbol of the still extremely tense relationship between the two former partners.
A powerful image that concludes a semi-final already very emotionally charged.
Galán and Chingotto are still present
This victory confirms once again the mental strength of the world's number 2 players.
Since the start of the tournament, they have been pushed around several times. They have had to battle against Curro Cabeza and Mariano González , then stage a comeback against Álex Chozas and Tino Libaak , before regaining some composure in the quarter-finals.
This semi-final is yet another demonstration of their ability to turn around a difficult situation.
For the first time, they beat Lebrón and Augsburger in three sets, proof that this pair continues to get closer to the best teams in the world.
But once again, when the match shifted into the tactical and mental dimension, Galán and Chingotto showed why they occupy the top spots in the world rankings.
They are now awaiting their opponent in the final: Tapia / Coello ou Yanguas / Stupaczuk .
I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
