The Valladolid P2 draws have just been released and the French players have – finally – inherited an affordable first round… notably Alix Collombon et Araceli MartinezThe Franco-Spanish pair had not had much luck in Madrid and Rotterdam, coming up against a seeded team in the first round.

This time, both the Collombon/Martinez pair and the Léa Godallier / Giorgia Marchetti will play a team from the qualifiers. On the other hand, if the two French teams get past the last 16, big challenges await them in the second round.

If they qualify for the last 8, Araceli Martinez and Alix Collombon will face the world number 1s, Ariana Sanchez et Paula Josemaria.

Léa Godallier and Giorgia Marchetti, for their part, could play in the second round the seed 4 of the tournament, Delfi Brea et Andrea Ustero !
