The Varlion 2024 collection is revealed with a range Premium which promises to make even the most demanding padel players fall in love!
The wait will have been long but it was worth it... the 2024 collection is finally here. Discover the new features of the Varlion Premium Range , available in a fortnight but already for pre-order, for a year that promises to be rich with other surprises which will arrive in the coming months.
As always, Varlion offers its palas in two versions: a slightly more rigid one called Summer (S) and a slightly softer one, ideal when temperatures drop. It is logically named Winter (W) .
Bourne Summum Prism Radius
- The Bourne Summum Prisma Radio S is one of the benchmark rackets for its design et its technological innovations . It is designed to satisfy the most demanding players who only settle for the best. All rackets feature RADIO technology. Historically, all padel rackets were made in a mold and then drilled. However, with RADIO technology, the pala comes out of the mold already drilled. We therefore find a racket with a touch very difficult , reduced sweet spot et high balance . It is recommended for those looking for power in all their shots. The weight of the racket ( 350-360g ) includes the Prism Protector on the frame and Ultimate Pro Case is included when purchasing the item.
- The Bourne Summum Prisma Radio W is similar to the S, except that it does not weigh the same. In fact, this pala will weigh between 335 and 345 grams
The Bourne Summum Prisma Radio W and S are made from a bidirectional carbon tube and a Hypersoft foam core laminated with a 12K carbon fiber layer et a thin layer of fiberglass . Finally, the heart and the frame are covered with a titanium dioxide layer , reinforced with 12K plain carbon fiber fabric and imbued with Varlion's exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin for greater elasticity and resistance.
This racket is made with the BOURNE form , a hybrid born from the fusion of traditional forms in guide et in a drop of water . It is an exclusive form of Varlion which adds a control point to the attack, with a ration of 60% power and 40% control .

Maxima Summum Prism Radius
Second pala in Varlion's Premium range: the Maxima Summum Prisma Radio.
- La Maxima Summum Prisma Radio S was specially developed for high level players who need a racket offering high performance both at the net and from the baseline. A racket with a very hard touch , recommended for those looking for a hybrid racket between control and power with a medium sweet spot and high balance. The weight of the racket ( 360-370g ) includes the Prism Protector on its head and the Summum Pro Case is included when purchasing the item.
- Just like the Bourne range, the Maxima Summum Prisma Radio W looks exactly like the S. The only difference will be in the medium-hard feel of the ball. In addition, the weight of this racket will be between 345 and 355 grams .
In terms of materials, we find the same as on the Bourne Summum Prisma Radio W and S.
This racket is made with the MAXIMA shape , a hybrid born from the fusion of traditional round and teardrop shapes. It is an exclusive form of Varlion that adds a power point to defensive rackets, giving us 60% control and 40% power .

Bourne Summum Airflow Cooper
- La Bourne Summum Airflow Cooper S is a high-end racket made with the best technologies on the market, so it is highly recommended for players of advanced level looking for extra power in their game . A racket with a very hard feel, a reduced sweet spot and high balance . As you have understood, it is recommended for those looking for power in all their blows .
The Bourne Summum Airflow Cooper S and W are made from a bidirectional carbon tube and a Hypersoft foam core of low hardness with a layer of 12K carbon fiber , a second layer of 3K carbon fiber et a third layer of fine fiberglass . Finally, the heart and the frame are covered with a layer of titanium dioxide and reinforced with a fabric 3K plain carbon fiber . All these materials are impregnated with exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin of Varlion for maximum elasticity and resistance.
Just like the Bourne Summum Prisma Radio range, the shape of the racket is hybrid and takes the same characteristics .
Once again, it will all be a question of ball touch and weight to differentiate the S from the W. The S will be heavier and stiffer than the Airflow Cooper W.
Bourne Summum Prisma Airflow
The Bourne Summum Prisma Airflow S is a racket with a very hard feel, recommended for those looking for power above all. Its sweet spot is reduced and its balance high.
Once again, we will find materials similar to those used on the Bourne Summum Airflow Cooper .
It will also present the same BOURNE shape , like all the other palas in this category.

Maxima Summum Prisma Airflow
The Maxima Summum Prisma Airflow S is all about versatility. Its design provides the perfect balance to excel in all types of shots and its technologies and materials provide an exceptional playing experience. A racket with a very hard feel, recommended for those looking for a hybrid racket between control and power with a medium sweet spot and high balance.
Once again, the materials of the Bourne Summum Airflow Cooper are the references for this new pala.
As for the form, we find the MAXIMA hybrid form , which offers mostly control… but with a good dose of power.
Here again, the Maxima Summum Prisma Airflow W will be less rigid and less heavy than the S.

LW Summum Prisma Airflow
The LW Summum Prisma Airflow S is a racquet with a very hard feel, recommended for those looking for a racquet with a lot of control, a large sweet spot and a low balance.
The materials used for this racket are the same as those used on the Bourne Summum Airflow Cooper .
This pala is made with a round shape or LW (Lethal Weapon). Its function is to maximize control through a low balance and a wide sweet spot. This will help players who receive more ball volume deep in the court.
Once again, the W version will be lighter and less rigid than the S version.

It was her brother who one day told her to accompany him to a padel court, since then, Gwenaëlle has never left the court. Except when it comes to going to watch the retransmission of Padel Magazine, World Padel Tour… or Premier Padel…or the French Championships. In short, she is a fan of this sport.
