Want to improve your padel skills while discovering a paradise island? The Welcome Padel Week offers a unique training camp in Martinique, from November 1st to 8th, 2025. The program includes personalized training, technical coaching, moments of relaxation, and immersion in an authentic culture. Discover how to combine sport, progress, and travel under the Caribbean sun!
A sporting and human immersion to help you progress
When we talk about progressing in padel, we often think about accumulating hours of training. La Toupie Bleue , a pioneer in tailor-made padel stays in Europe, the vision is different: progressing also means growing as a person.
La Welcome Padel Week , organized in Martinique from November 1 to 8, 2025 , is the perfect illustration of this.
Whether you are a recreational player (levels 1/2/3), a regular athlete (levels 4/5/6) or a seasoned competitor (levels 7/8), you will immerse yourself in a week built around analysis of your motor preferences , of technical work Tailored and a reflection on your in-match decision-making .
Every player is unique: here, your progress is individualized .
qualified coaches , including a Spanish trainer, are trained in a specific teaching method: adapt the technique to the player and not the other way around. The work is not limited to the grounds of the TC Les Trois Ilets : the discussions continue around beach tennis or a local rum.
Progress also involves prevention: two sessions of physiotherapy are included, accompanied by physical preparation targeted on the sensitive areas of the padel player (jaw, shoulders, knees, ankles, posterior chain).
Every warm-up becomes a learning time : fun, smart and sustainable.

Martinique: between wild nature and warm culture
If there are well-located padel courts, those of Martinique have something unique: a setting in the heart of the Caribbean, between the Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea.
The Flower Island offers a perfect balance between relaxation and adventure:
Relaxing on the beach with a fresh coconut,
Hiking in the hills,
Paddling in the mangrove,
Wakeboarding sessions.
Martinique is also a vibrant cultural wealth: emblematic rum distilleries (Neisson, Clément, Trois Rivières), authentic culinary specialties (lamb colombo, grilled fish, accras), and a local passion for paddle that keeps growing.

A program designed to progress and enjoy
La Welcome Padel Week offers a balanced format: intense without being exhausting , structured without being rigid .
Training in the morning and/or at the end of the day depending on your group.
Free time the rest of the day: relaxation, excursions, or swimming immediately from the hotel.
Two half-days off to explore the island at your own pace (beaches, distilleries, etc.).
The week ends with a coached tournament , adapted to each level. A tournament without pressure, but rich in advice and commitment. Each player leaves with concrete keys to progress , strong memories , and new sporting sensations .
Only 21 places for tailor-made support
La Welcome Padel Week is limited to 21 participants . Not one more.
Why?
Because we believe in small group to guarantee:
A trace Tailored ,
A strong cohesion ,
Un real gaming comfort (maximum 4 players per court).
This internship is novel in this region of the world. A rare opportunity to combine sporting progress, human warmth and tropical sun.
In addition, research since 2017 La Toupie Bleue builds its expertise around a conviction: travel differently , putting sport at the service of discovery .
