The scene brought smiles to fans' faces. In a  recently published training video , we see  Alejandro Galán  to swap, for a few exchanges, his player's costume for that of… coach. Objective: to work on the  smash by Federico Chingotto , under the watchful and visibly very involved eye of her partner.

We know it,  The smash attack was never Chingotto's main weapon. It's no secret. The Argentinian player built his career on consistency, defense, speed, and game intelligence.
But for several seasons now, his smash has been progressing, becoming sharper, more confident, and already allowing him to make more of a difference than before.

And when we have  Ale Galán by his side , one of the best smashers in the world, it's hard not to take advantage of it.

In this video, Galán gives technical advice, adjusts positioning, and corrects technique. A lighthearted scene, but revealing of the groundwork laid by the pair.

 Towards a more aggressive Chingotto in 2026? 

Behind the amusing aspect of the sequence, the message is clear:  Chingotto wants to take things to the next level. .
Developing one's smash could be  a key focus of his pre-season preparation , to become more dangerous in attacking phases and score more points.

If this sector of the game continues to progress,  The Chingalán pair could gain a new dimension Already formidable due to its robustness and complementarity, it would become even more complete.

 A duo that is constantly evolving 

This video also reminds us of one essential thing:  Galán and Chingotto do not rest on their laurels Even after a very high-level 2025 season, they are still looking to improve, to refine the details, to progress together.

So, will we see a  Chingotto version 2025 even more aggressive , more decisive at the smash?
