As of May 19, we will be able to return to padel competing outside. So let's take stock of the different categories of tournaments in order to choose the best possible resumption. This has evolved lately.

Indeed, according to the Competition Guide published by the French Tennis Federation (FFT) in 2021, here are the different competitions in which you can participate:

P25 -> 4 pairs minimum and 0 € of Prize Money

P100 -> 4 pairs minimum and 0 € of Prize Money

P250 -> 4 pairs minimum and 0 € of Prize Money

P500 -> 8 pairs minimum and from 500 to 1000 € of Prize Money

P1000 -> 24 pairs minimum and from 1000 to 2000 € of Prize Money

P2000 -> 24 pairs minimum and from 1500 € of Prize Money

The first tournament category, P25, is for players who want to add a little spice to their traditional games, while not worrying about points and FFT rankings. It is a tournament for recreational oriented players above all.

The other categories are starting to be aimed at players wanting to advance in the rankings. Anyone can participate in each category, but from the P500, registrations are made according to the classification of each pair.
