Playing in the center helps to quickly understand if opponents get along, if they play together frequently. Two people at the net who pass the ball or clatter snowshoes are signs of misunderstanding.

Same thing at the bottom of the field. A lack of communication or a lack of confidence and the ball makes two rebounds without anyone touching it.

In more experienced players, the use of the center allows not to create an angle on the opponent on the fly, and therefore defend more easily.

When you're on the fly, the center is the easiest area to find and the least risky. Take your time, do not make mistakes too quickly.

Finally, if you take the time to build up your points at the net using the cross, and from the back of the field you create trouble among your opponents, the padel, it's not that difficult!
