Le World Padel result continues its rise to power. For its fifth edition , organized from June 1st to 3rd in Marbella The event stands out as a unique date on the calendar, blending sport, entertainment, and showcasing the region. With the announced presence of Frank de Boer and numerous figures from European football the tournament has reached another milestone.
An event that has changed in dimension
In just a few years, the World Padel Soccer has taken on a new dimension. Originally an ambitious project, the tournament has gradually established itself as a benchmark, attracting more and more players and partners.
Promoter Jose Bernal did not hide his satisfaction with this development:
“We are very proud of the progress made. What began as a passion-driven idea has become an internationally recognized event, with strong demand from players who want to experience it in Marbella.”
Beyond the competition, the concept also relies on a particular atmosphere, between conviviality and spectacle which contributes to its success.
A prestigious lineup from football
As every year, the event boasts a strong lineup. Several former international athletes will be on the slopes, including David Silva, Fernando Llorente, Javi Martínez, Nolito and Albert Luque.
The presence of Frank de Boer, former FC Barcelona player , is one of the headliners. A name that gives an extra dimension to the tournament and enhances its appeal.
This gateway between football and padel continues to appeal to both players and the public, who can get closer to these figures in a more accessible setting.

Marbella, a showcase for padel and sports tourism
For the city of Marbella, the event goes far beyond the sporting arena. It is part of a broader strategy for development and visibility.
The city councillor for sports, Lisandro Vieytes , emphasizes this aspect:
"It's now an important event on our calendar. It allows young people to see their idols up close, but also attracts a wider audience thanks to the diversity of the people present."
He also highlights the impact in terms of image:
"This type of event reinforces Marbella's position as a leading sporting and tourist destination."
A unique setting and experience
The Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, partner and official venue, plays a central role in the organization. Its director, Elena Arias placeholder image , highlights the coherence between the event and the identity of the place:
“Hosting a tournament of this size perfectly aligns with our vision. It’s an experience that blends sport and entertainment in a unique setting.”
The tournament is not limited to matches: it offers a true immersion, where players and guests evolve in an environment designed for exchange and sharing.
A model that is here to stay
With an estimated economic impact of over two million euros and the support of public and private stakeholders, the World Padel Soccer continues to grow.
Its hybrid format, somewhere between a sporting event and a public gathering, makes it a unique case in the padel ecosystem. And it confirms, once again, Marbella's place as one of the nerve centers of international padel.
