The French men's team is officially qualified for the final stages of the senior + padel world championships which will be played at Las Vegas (March 28 to April 2).
After launching these worlds at Dublin last night and having easily won its confrontations against Denmark, France played against Germany to obtain the first place in the group and a guaranteed ticket for the USA.
Mission accomplished:
- +55: Olivier Launo and Olivier Cayla open the ball by winning their match 6/2 6/1
- +50: Stéphane Voulfor and Cyril Boronad confirm 6/1 6/2
- +45: Romain Coirault and Christophe henry win 7/6 6/0 having saved 4 set points in the first set before rolling.
- +40: Julien Datcharry / Sebastien Corbelli validate the 4th point: 6/3 6/3
- +35: Loïc le Panse / Simon Boisse take care of this final victory: 6/2 6/4
Final victory 5/0 against Germany. France qualifies for the final stages of the 2022 senior worlds.
The French could join the gentlemen tomorrow morning.
