That's it, the main board of the A1 Padel France Open starts this Tuesday! The central tennis court Padel Soleil will give us a great show this week.
After having hosted qualifying matches for tournaments in Monaco, Beausoleil this time has its own stage, a first in France.
Since Saturday, hostilities have started in Beausoleil with the qualifications for the main draw. There was no miracle for our French who failed to qualify. Benjamin Tison is therefore the last tricolor hope. The French number 1 enters the competition on Wednesday with his Spanish teammate Victor Mena and will face the Argentinian pair Frugoni/Parra (TS14)
No surprise either for the favorites. Pablo Lijo and Miguel Semmler entered the competition well, the Spanish pair won easily in their two previa confrontations, 6/4 6/3 against Salandro and Di Bene, then 6/2 6/1 against Sassano and Gamondi.
9h : Leonardo Yob – Luciano Puppo (TS18) / Oscar Guiral – Alejandro Urzola (LL)
2nd rotation : Santiago Rolla – Facundo Lopez TS16 / Pablo Lijo – Miguel Semmler
3nd rotation : Marc Monne – Joaquim Florensa (TS31) / Miguel and Nuno Deus (TS9)
4nd rotation : Ivo Andenmatten – Pedro Perry (TS21) / Rodrigo Lopez – Tomas Cheda (LL)
5nd rotation : Relis Ferreyra – Ignacio Piotto (TS17) / Ramiro Valenzuela – Dylan Cuello (TS22)
16 h : Vasco Pascoal – Pedro Perry (TS19) / Matial Del Moral – Pablo Barrera (TS6)
The tournament is also launched for women. Place for the pre-previas today, with two matches at 17 p.m. With in particular our 100% tricolor pair Pothier/Ginier, to be followed in particular. They face two young Spaniards Cabruja and González. In case of victory, Lucile et Jessica would join three other French pairs: Fiona Ligi and Alicia Masnou (ESP) / Carla Toully and Catarina Dos Santos (POR) / Married-Amelie Dardaine and Sireix Camille.
