Cost of a plot of padel

Many of you ask us about the price of a plot of padel. If we have often approached this topic, we will try to be even more precise thanks to the help of our partners.

Un padel does not actually cost between 15000 € and 25 000 €. This is only the cost of a track of padel. This intrinsic cost to the land will change depending on the quality and the options chosen.

What is common to all the fields of padel, it is also :

  • earthworks
  • concrete sills
  • Led lighting or not
  • the porous or non-porous concrete support
  • Indoor or outdoor structure

Other parameters can also cause the final grade to swell. For example, French standards can be much more restrictive than Spanish standards.

Pay close attention to this last point! Some companies that are not necessarily French can come and seduce you with very attractive offers ... too attractive. This means that these companies may not actually adapt their prices according to the French market. There were also great disappointments for some customers.

In terms of price for a land, it takes more around € 50 HT than € 000 HT if you start from 25 and there is everything to do.

  • Hello after reading your article we would like to confirm your comments. the choice of companies and very important especially when we invest these personal funds. we suffered a lot of damage during our project and this is very unfortunate so it is best to find out from other clubs before trusting companies that can jeopardize your project in sport.

  • It's exactly that. We are closer to € 45 to € 00. It also depends on who is doing the earthwork, the slab ... Club or professional.
And if you want to properly lay out the surroundings with grating, benches, carpet (which avoids the deposit of gravel on the track), that figures fairly quickly. But what a joy to play and share this sport!

A saludo.
