FIP of Cairo and Alicante – There are no more French people…

End of the adventure for the last French representatives to the Cairo and Alicante FIP, with the elimination, yesterday Saturday, of Julien Seurin et Philemon Raichman (TS1) in Egypt during the semi-finals. In Alicante, the French pair Camille Sireix et Louise Bahurel (TS6) was eliminated, while the Franco-Spanish pair Laura Buteau / Lucia Rosa Vadillo (TS5) lost in the quarter-finals.

In the first match, Julien Seurin et Philemon Raichman faced the Spanish pair Ferran Gonzalez Zamorano (811) / Diego Dorta Diaz (429), who won the match with a score of 6/3, 7/5.

On the side of the Alicante FIP, Camille Sireix and his partner Louise Bahurel, seeded No. 6, were opposed to the pair Faure (422) / Prieto (620). The latter won with a score of 6/3, 6/4. As for Laura Buteau et Lucia Rosa Vadillo, they faced the number 1 seeds of the tournament, the Dutch Groenveld and Luttikhuis, two former tennis players and favorites for this 2024 edition. The latter won the match 6/2, 6/3.
