Claire offers us exercises to warm up well in the padel. Here are 4:

Exercise 1: Joint Mobilization
Go back and forth with the stick to warm up your shoulders, do 20 repetitions (the exercise can be done with a rubber band)
Exercise 2: Slots with stick
Work out balance and warm up the lower limbs, do 10 repetitions on each leg
Exercise 3: Squat with stick
Warming up the lower limbs, do 10 repetitions on each leg, the stick keeps the back straight and works the postural muscles
Exercise 4: Skipping rope
Finish on 100 turns of skipping rope or Air rope (without the rope, by mimicking the movement) if you don't know how to do it!
