Grue and Forcin win the P1000 from Les Bruyères to Pau

Benjamin Grue and Maxime Forcin were very solid in Pau to dominate Dorian De Meyer and Thomas Vanbauce in the final.

We had some spoken upstream, it was a very big P1000 that was held at the Les Bruyères Sports Center in Pau this weekend. Indeed, the event, which notably included French Padel Shop Pau among its partners, had filled up with 34 teams present, including several players from the French Top 20. Many spectators will have been able to witness some great battles throughout the weekend.

The final which opposed the first two seeds, De Meyer/Vanbauce (TS1) on one side, Grue/Forcin (TS2) on the other, saw the outsiders impose their rhythm.

Indeed, Maxime Forcin and Benjamin Grue win the title with a conclusive 6/0 6/3! They therefore become the “Kings of Pau” and at the same time earn plenty of points for the French ranking.
