Head launches new bags in recycled bottles!

Head shows its ecological commitment by offering new bags made from recycled plastic bottles: R-PET!

An initiative in collaboration with Sascha Zverez

We know that plastic bottles are recyclable, but we still need to be able to find a use for them. Head found by offering a tennis bag and a padel, which are carried out respectively with 47 and 36 recycled bottles. An initiative in collaboration with the tennis player Sascha Zverev, who wants to raise public awareness about ecology.

With those new R-PET bags (R for recycled, PET for Polyethylene terephthalate, the material that makes up plastic bottles), the Austrian brand wanted to show that it was possible to produce high quality products that are more respectful of the environment. As such, the label is made of recycled paper and it is attached to the bag via a cotton cord (instead of the usual plastic). All the technologies are present, such as the interior that can be personalized with Velcro straps!

Version padel and a tennis version

The version padel, baptized R-PET Sports Bag, allows you to store two palas in an isothermal CCT + compartment, which will protect your rackets from temperature changes. This Head R-PET SPORT BAG can be transported in a backpack, and it incorporates numerous storage spaces, such as a shoe pocket. A small all-purpose bag, used by players of the World Padel Tour of the brand, including Tamara Icardo below.

As you can see, the colors refer to the ocean, as if to remind that all the bottles that are used to make these bags will not end up in the sea. For those who prefer very large bags, to go on a trip, or for play tennis HEAD GRAVITY R-PET DUFFLE BAG, which can store 12 tennis rackets should interest you!

To offer you one of these two little gems, you will have to wait a little longer, since they only come out for sale on 4 February !
