PRESENTATION OF OUR “GROUP SESSIONS” WORKSHOPS
Every month we offer full programs during 6 days which cover all aspects of the game, with a daily theme: DEFENSE, ATTACK, STRIKE GAME, TRANSITIONS ...
Through various theoretical and practical workshops:
TECHNIQUE:
Theory : Biomechanical video analyzes of the different blows specific to the padel (accelerates learning)
Practical : Shopping cart with video analysis of gestures (helps get immediate fixes)
TACTICAL:
Theory : Video Analytics of Game Strategies Adapted to the Game Level (understanding all aspects of the game)
Practical : Match situations against local partners (implementation of play strategies):
PHYSICAL:
Theory at the same time as the practice focused on injury prevention and muscle building specific to padel, as well as recovery in a privileged environment: sessions in the weights and fitness room, on the court, by the sea)
MENTAL and COMMUNICATION
Theory : when viewing videos at High Level, analyzes of the means of communication used
Practical : implementation of the means approached in theoretical session, through specific advice directly usable on the court)
