In the heart of the new Brazza district of Bordeaux, the UCPA will inaugurate its colossal sports complex project on May 13: the UCPA Sport Station. A five-storey building with a total surface area of 15.000 m² where it will even be possible to play golf on the roof! Among the multitude of activities available, seven tracks of padel will see the light of day in this veritable temple of indoor sport.
Le padel will therefore have an additional address in New Aquitaine, and the particularity of the building will also help the general public to discover the sport. Indeed, the UCPA Sport Station is a structure designed for multi-sports, where the disciplines will not be compartmentalized since the building is designed with transparency. Practitioners will practice in full view of their neighbors who might have the idea to try after watching live par 3s or the like.”dejadas”!
This is clearly the will of the director general of the UCPA, Guillaume Legaut, with this project: “We want to bring the multi-sport spirit to life. That people can move from one sporting activity to another. We wanted to set up this place so that people could talk and meet. Sport is also an opportunity to create links and conviviality.”
It is therefore on the right bank of Bordeaux that this complex will open its doors next May where the following infrastructures will be available in addition to the padel :
