No French miracle at Monte Carlo Padel Master

During the Monte Carlo Padel Master 2016, the French had come in large numbers to try to qualify last weekend first for Monday's qualifications, then and especially for the main draw of Monte Carlo Padel Master which began on Monday for men and Tuesday for women at Padel Sun.

Unfortunately, 100% of the French men's pairs fell during the pre-qualifiers of this weekend. Note that in the ladies is almost a faultless.

Qualifiers that show the way to go

Nallé Grinda alongside Sweden's Anton Anderson and Laurent Bensadoun who played with Denis Perino were unable to reach the final draw of the tournament. Their respective matches are similar since clearly the Spanish-speaking pairs have made a mouthful of our mixed pairs which counted a French.

The same for our French pairs who fell on the land of Padel Sun in Beausoleil.

The tournament continues with French 0 at the start of the tournament.

This tournament shows that it will take a lot of work to France to level with the Spanish-speaking competition.

  • I hope nobody expected a miracle. It is clearly not with recycled tennis players that we will be competitive against the Spaniards and the Argentineans.

We absolutely have to train our children and adolescents without wasting time. Teach them the basics of padel without going through tennis. And teaching them humility too is important ...

Academies are emerging, it is certainly the future of padel French.
On the other hand, it will be necessary to be patient. Hispanics were not the gods of padel in one day !
