The practice of padel at any level requires muscle preparation and recovery after exertion. Stretches are very good movements to prepare your muscles, to prevent them that we are going to ask them, and are necessarily very good for eliminating contractures, recovering elasticity, oxygenating the muscles after exertion in order to improve recovery.
We have detached two areas of the body to be stretched: the upper part of the body and the part below the belt.
