As soon as left-wing players Patty Llaguno and Victoria Iglesias announced their association for 2023, a question arose among fans: who will play on the right?
After leaving a little doubt, the two players have replied to their followers on Instagram yesterday. And as expected, it's Llaguno who will change sides!
The player who ranks 8th in the WPT ranking, has therefore decided to offer herself a new challenge by moving to the right.
A bold bet but one that makes sense for the player who will soon be celebrating her 38th birthday. Indeed, Patty has always been a player with a rather defensive profile, capable of building the point and putting back all the attacks of her opponents. It therefore seems on paper rather well cut to play on the right side.
This new Iglesias/Llaguno association seems very interesting to us and we are already looking forward to seeing it in action!
