I had wanted to meet Mr Patti on the occasion of a project to open a first club of Padel in the capital of a European country (outside the EU) 3 years ago, in order to obtain information on the federation of which he was the president and its functioning with the clubs.
This meeting took place in this country, partly because I was then domiciled there, and secondly because he came there regularly.
Because his visits, carried out outside his functions of president of the FIP, concerned a commercial activity which he looked after there, with the help of a third person, native and resident local.
