La dejada : What's this ?

La dejada, it is a damped padel. In Spain, we can also speak of “dejada por la puerta” to explain that there is a cushioning that came out through the door of the field.

La dejada is therefore a move often used by players to break, for example, a momentum of a point, to surprise the opponent and sometimes even when it is hit perfectly to win a winning point.

But watch out the dejada ill-fitting can backfire. A weapon to be used with care. In France, we have a few specialists in Dejada like Maxime Bourgoin, Maxime Moreau or Léa Godallier.

Here is a short video of Paquito Navarro, another specialist ... How beautiful!
