For example, Spain and Belgium have more than 50 licensees padel in France, which is not illogical.

Yes and so? There is only one real organization and that is the WPT! Figures which are beautiful to see but which mean nothing. If I had the choice I would go to the WPT. Already the FFT is the tennis fed and not the padel. It should be called FFPT logically.
