Claire Lefebre, the physical trainer specializing in padel offers us some exercises to perform to improve our physique at padel.

Exercise 1: swiss ball sheathing

Perform flexion extension of the lower limbs, tightly contract the lap belt.
Excellent dynamic sheathing work.

Exercise 2: Slots support work

Make a slits then a forehand / backhand.
Functional movement at padel .

3 Exercise: Pumps + Knee Flexion

Perform a pump by touching the torso on the ground (On the knees for beginners) then alternately approach the knees.

Exercise 4: work of squats supports

Perform two supports followed by hip flexion, ideal for tiptoe support at the padel.

Exercise 5: slit + elastic extension

Elastic under the front foot that makes the movement, make a slit and an extension of the arm with the elastic at the climb.

Exercise 6: Russian TWIST

Great job for abdominals in medicine ball.
