It is important here to study tennis and the Federation. Indeed, we have highlighted the fact that the padel be attached to the French Tennis Federation and that the latter has declared that it wants to subsidize tennis clubs wishing to develop the padel. Thus, it is important to understand who are the tennis licensees, what types of club there are in France and how the federation goes about structuring the padel.
