To approve a tournament of Padel, the organizing Club must enter its request for approval in the "ADOC" application, while respecting the following deadlines:
- 8 weeks minimum before the first day of the competition for the P 1000 events
- 6 weeks minimum before the first day of the competition for the P 100, P 250 and P 500 events
The organizing club must enter a single homologation request for all the events of the tournament that it organizes.
If the Club does not respect this deadline, only the League can then accept - or not - to enter the homologation directly within the Federal Administrative Base.
