No matter what sport you play, you will always need the right equipment. For the padel, the pala and the shoes. You have probably noticed that while playing padel with running shoes or unsuitable shoes, your foot moves in the shoe, which makes us uncomfortable when traveling.
Sometimes we choose badly because we focus more on the price, the aesthetics or simply we do not know for what purpose we make this purchase.
The first points to consider are, convenience and functionality. The type of material used will be important: A soft or hard shoe. Then the sole. Although a good number of padel in France use the same coating, you may have differences between the amount of sand or whether the grounds are indoor or outdoor. To avoid beautiful slips, here are 3 types of soles available on the market.
Now that you are a little more enlightened on the matter, still ask the specialist of your shop or your club.

Hello,
As a fat person, I have heel problems when I play too long (especially after leaving a tournament). I solved the problem in tennis with Yonex and in running with Mizuno. At padel, i'm on asics. It's not bad, but it deserves better cushioning.
Which models are the most effective at the cushioned level?
Thank you
