WPT Amsterdam Open: end of the adventure for Tison / Piñeiro

After their great first round performance, Benjamin Tison and Martin Sanchez Piñeiro lost in the second round of the WPT Amsterdam Open previas.

In a match that promised to be very hot against the giant Rafa Mendéz and the surly Javier Valdés, the Franco-Spanish pair lost in two sets: 6/4 6/4. There will therefore be no second consecutive table for Benjamin and Martin, who are subject to the law of the head of series 6 of the previas.

Javier Valdés and Rafa Mendéz will play this afternoon for a place in the final draw

The Spanish-Chilean pair will face Gonzalo Rubio and Miguel Benitez (TS2) this afternoon, who suffered this morning against Marti/Ortega: 6/2 6/7 6/4.

In the other meetings, we will note a small surprise: the elimination of Toni Bueno and Marc Quilez (TS3), beaten by Jose Solano and Daniel Windahl in three sets (6/3 6/7 6/2).
