Absent from the finals of World Padel Tour from Valencia, Juan Lebron and Ale Galan got everyone to agree tonight in Cascais.
Opposed to the pair that impressed the most yesterday, Capra / Sanchez, Ale Galan and Juan Lebron left no room for doubt today with a convincing 6/4 6/1 victory.
Maxi Sanchez and Lucho Capra will certainly regret this first set during which they had 9 break points (including only one converted). We must congratulate the number 1 who knew each time to raise their level of play on the important points and who ended up winning the first round 6/4.
With a Maxi embarrassed by respiratory problems, the result was a real recital for the Spaniards who left nothing to their opponents in the second set.
Less domineering than in 2020, Lebron and Galan are still the pair to beat on the World Padel Tour, and they will try to offer themselves their 4th title of the season tomorrow. For that they will have to fight Federico Chingotto and Juan Tello who were also very strong today.
Note that we will attend a tenth different final (in 10 tournaments), proof that the competition is tougher than ever on the men's circuit!
