Confronted with the always catchy Aitor Garcia and Pablo Vera, Benjamin Tison and Marc Quilez had a serious match to win in straight sets 6/4 6/4.
Thanks to this victory, the Frenchman and his partner are offering themselves a real gala match tomorrow against two players who not so long ago played the leading roles on the World Padel Tour : Juani Mieres (47) and Martin Sanchez Piñeiro (58)!
Fallen in previas, Juani and Martin are still capable of dazzling, as in Valladolid, when they had been until the quarter-finals (defeat in three sets against Gutierrez / Belasteguin).
Benjamin and Marc will therefore obviously not be favorites on paper but they know that anything is possible at padel, and they certainly imagine creating the first real surprise of this tournament. Start of hostilities at 10:00 a.m. local time.
